Seán Sherlock: I respectfully ask that time be made available for a debate on the 2009 allocations made by the National Roads Authority for non-national roads. The reason I seek a debate is that County Cork has received an allocation of €61 million, the 27th lowest of the 29 local authorities. The county has more than 11,000 km of roadway.
