Marc MacSharry: I will pick up on one of the threads of the discussion, namely, deficits and insurance companies. I assume there is no process afoot to recover the loss. The witnesses stated they could not quantify the absolute loss or the amount that must be written off until such a time as they engage in a process. Has a process been commenced?
