Enda Kenny: I support the motion in the name of Deputy Ó Caoláin that the writ be moved. The people of Donegal South-West should have an opportunity to cast their verdicts on the candidates in the by-election following the election of former Deputy Pat The Cope Gallagher to the European Parliament. It is a democratic position that needs to be filled.
