Niamh Smyth: I accept that. I am just struggling to see where. I do not want to rain on the witnesses' parade. I appreciate ambition. This is an ambitious plan, but it is €12 million from local authorities, educational authorities and health authorities. Can Mr. McDermott give me an example of where that has already happened with another sport in this country?

Can we be confident that it is a workable formula for delivering something like this with the local authorities. I am conscious that a lot of schools are struggling to get PE halls.
