Dermot Ahern: These applicants applied for asylum in October and December 2006, respectively. Their applications were refused and deportation orders were made on 12 February 2009 and on 19 February 2009 in respect of them. The applicants instituted Judicial Review proceedings on 28 April 2009 and accordingly, as the matter is sub judice, I do not propose to comment further.
