Mary Coughlan: No date has been announced for the introduction of the attachment of fines Bill. Deputy O'Sullivan answered Deputy Crawford's question about the fair deal legislation. We anticipate that it will be published within the next two weeks. It will be known as the nursing homes support scheme Bill. I am sure the Government will provide adequate time to discuss such an important Bill in due course.
