First, there is a feeling that people are not winning as much money. That is coming through feedback. The retailers also raised the two specific concerns relating to brand loyalty and trust. Mr. Sloyan gave a figure of €48 million allocated to good causes over the first three months of the new licence. What is the figure for unclaimed prizes in the period?
