Will he also indicate whether trends regarding the use of public beds were factored into the report?

Jerry Buttimer: To restate the point, it is all about the consumer. If the Minister carries out his audit and enacts legislation on competing policies, will the customer see a reduction in the cost of his premium? The Minister is correct; the graph is going one way and the cost is not coming down.
