Ned O'Sullivan: I refer to Senator Conway-Walsh's contribution in respect of cutbacks during the last the Fianna Fáil-led Government six years ago. It is unfortunate that she did not refer to the swingeing cutbacks in social welfare payments in Northern Ireland, which have been presided over by Sinn Féin and its buddies in the DUP.
