Jan O'Sullivan: I move amendment No. 1: In page 3, before section 1, to insert the following new section: "1.—In this Act, "Principal Act" means the University College Galway Act 1929.". These are technical amendments intended to ensure the name "National University of Ireland Galway" rather than "University College Galway" is used, as the name has changed.
