Eamon Gilmore: The Government has promised legislation to deal with the difficulties many people in commercial life and businesses face whereby they have been locked into rents which cannot be revised downwards. This legislation is being considered by the Government and I expect the Minister will be in a position to make a statement on it in the near future.
