Terry Leyden: Senator Devine might be sensitive because she is collaborating to close down rural Ireland. I appreciate that. I cannot understand how Sinn Féin collaborated with Fine Gael and Deputy Shane Ross in this matter.

Terry Leyden: The Acting Chairman, Senator Horkan, has been highly effective in this regard and, as a nominee of the vintners in Dublin here, has certainly pioneered this legislation. He has been persuasive in respect of getting the Fianna Fáil Party to adopt and support it.
