Dara Calleary: I asked a question about the public service obligation, PSO. Do the representatives have a proposal in that regard, in the context of the regional airports? There was a change in policy which was acknowledged last week but it took four years of absolutely heart breaking work to even get that change in policy. Are the witnesses saying that it is not sufficient?
