Fergus O'Dowd: This may not be the primary issue but it is important because they end up in institutional care because we do not look after them in their homes. That is a major issue for me.

I suggest inviting the Minister immediately and sitting members of the County and City Management Association. They should be invited to appear before the committee next Tuesday.
