Liam Twomey: I thank the Minister of State. There is not much else to say on the health service because the Government has done little for it. Unfortunately, we could spend a night criticising the Government's failures in that regard, but we will await the budget with bated breath to see if the Government can improve the desperate situation it created during the past decade.
