Michael Kennedy: If we are to have an honest debate for the election, Fine Gael and the Labour Party must come clean and say what their plans are. Will they tell us where they will make the â¬6 billion saving? If the saving is only â¬4.5 billion, where will they get the rest of the money? I am asking them to give politics a decent start by having an honest debate.
