Jerry Buttimer: No, she cannot respond. She will not be able to comment and one cannot move the amendments out of order. All I can tell the Deputy is that the information, that he alluded to in his remarks, imposes an allocation of resources for the purpose of involving a potential charge on the Exchequer and, therefore, the amendment has been ruled out of order. We will not have any discussion on the matter.
