Simon Coveney: The Tax Clearance Certificate has been received by the Forest Service. Payment of the second instalment of the establishment grant cannot take place until after the fourth anniversary of planting on 20th December 2012. Therefore payment of this grant and the 2013 annual premium is expected to take place in early January 2013.
