Jerry Buttimer: Those to whom I refer received a clap on the back and voted for Billy, Seán, Mick, Batt or whomever was running for election at the time. We now have a level playing field. However, I agree with Deputy Finian McGrath that we must consider how to ensure those with disabilities are not adversely affected when it comes to the awarding of medical cards.
