Róisín Shortall: Follow up services for patients who have purchased hearing aids from a private provider is a matter of private contract between the hearing aid providers and the patients. While I have no role in relation to this matter, I would expect that private hearing aid providers would provide the necessary follow up and repair and maintenance service for their patients.
