Paul Gavan: I have one other question but if it has been asked already there is no need to answer it again. I had to leave for a vote in the Seanad and I apologise for that. Dr. Boylan was very clear in his presentation that we need a straight repeal. Why is he so adamant that it has to be a straight repeal as opposed to some of the other possibilities that are being mooted?
