Anthony Lawlor: Perhaps the Minister could reconsider the amendment on Report Stage to see if it could be tweaked in order to make it much more practical and less expensive. Even currently there is a major company going through the liquidation process and there will be a knock-on effect. People might not know the full financial position of companies.
