Pat Moylan: I draw the attention of Senators to a drafting error in the Bill. In the version of the Bill as passed by Dáil Ãireann on page 91, line 15, "on that behalf" should read "in that behalf". Accordingly, as provided for in Standing Orders, I will instruct the Clerk to the Seanad to make the formal correction in the text of the Bill.
