Michael Fitzmaurice: I forgot one thing. Am I correct in saying that at the moment, a planner's licence is at risk if he or she verifies that slurry was moved but a farmer has not done what he or he said he or she would? A text comes to a farmer and not to the planner. Planners have to take the word of the farmer. Is the Department threatening that or is that just hearsay?

Michael Fitzmaurice: The last question I have is a quick one. In regard to the fertiliser database, what date does that have to have that filled by? - Tillage Sector: Statements (15 Oct 2025)
Michael Fitzmaurice: I welcome the opportunity to speak on this. Whether people come from an area that engaged in tillage, it is awfully important. Whether people are in sucklers, sheep, dairy or whatever, the people who grow the tillage to get the straw are ferociously important. We have a decision to make. Let us look at the prices this year.
