Steven Matthews: I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy O'Donnell, and his officials for the resumed Committee Stage of the Planning and Development Bill 2023. We have a session scheduled for 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. this evening. If it is acceptable to members, I propose that we start that session at 6.30 p.m. to ensure ministerial cover. I am happy to extend the session until 9.30 p.m. if that is acceptable.
