I am wondering where within any of these strategies is a requirement on the provision of educational services. We seem to cater for many services and community facilities, but I do not see education. Steven Matthews: We are not dealing with that amendment. We are dealing with amendments Nos. 359 and 363. Based on what the Minister has read, we can move on from those two amendments. It may be helpful to the Minister of State to know that amendment No. 364 and my amendments Nos. 365 and 367 are similar so I will be withdrawing-----
