However section 2 states:Amendment of section 2 of Act of 2010 Section 2 of the Act of 2010 is amended by the insertion of the following definition: “ ‘Act of 1962’ means the Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1962;”. I am not sure whether what the Senator has raised is relevant to this point.
