Michael Kitt: The question I put to the House was: "That the words proposed to be deleted stand." This means section 34 stands and it cannot be amended at this stage. My understanding is that if it is voted on and agreed then it stands. Section 34 cannot be amended subsequently.

As a result we are saving amendment No. 5 in the Minister's name but we will come to that. My information is that amendment No. 4 cannot be moved and, therefore, I am moving on to the next amendment now.
