Michael Creed: Yesterday, the Commissioner for Fisheries and Maritime Affairs, Joe Borg, published proposals for the fisheries sector which was the equivalent of rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. There will be an Agriculture and Fisheries Council meeting on 23 June.
