Lynn Ruane: As a member of the committee, and although I respect Dr. Peter Boylan and should have gone back over his contributions at the committee hearings, I definitely feel there was enough medical advice given during the hearings by various medical practitioners that the word "serious" is not necessary and is, in fact, a problem. If the amendment is to be pressed, I will definitely be supporting it.
