Susan O'Keeffe: Dr. Schulte mentioned additional action may be required to maintain pristine water bodies. I refer to the freshwater pearl mussel. It is a big qualification, that it "may be required". I wonder why it may be required. I understand the cost, but I wonder whether that is the only consideration.

The Minister knows as well as I that if one received a report and that if it contained something that was not correct, one would - I am sure - state that it was still a draft version and ask for it to be corrected....
