Kathleen Lynch: Would the Chair at least allow the Taoiseach to express an opinion on this? Will this turn out another piece of disastrous legislation, like the one we have just dealt with? Women out there are suffering and will now be removed from the system if this legislation goes through, slipped in at the last minute by an uncaring Minister for Health and Children.
