Charlie McConalogue: I will remind the Minister of what I said at that meeting. I said that there was some merit to be explored in electronic identification tagging and that it had to be done in a way that bore in mind that the cost should not be on farmers. I also said that the Minister needed to consult with the farming community. There has been no consultation since that meeting.
