Heather Humphreys: I have asked the commission to do it as quickly as possible. I also said it could have whatever resources it needs to employ more people. The commission is working on it currently and it has indicated it will take some time to do an in-depth study. I do not have a timeframe, although I thought we might have been a bit further on with this. It has much work to do on it.
