He has not provided any evidence and is referring specifically to sectors that are not yet fully open, so I do not think we have a full picture. The evidence we have is the fact that 400,000 people last year voluntarily gave up their social welfare claims and went back to work.

Louise O'Reilly: I was concerned to hear from some of the trade unions representing workers in the aviation sector that they fear jobs will be lost if a substantial package is not put in place to support the aviation sector.
