Ciarán Lynch: I have just one further question before I bring in Deputy O'Donnell. On page 115 of Professor Honohan's report, in section 8.9, he refers to the crisis management manual. I understand it also was known colloquially as the Black Book.

To use the Governor's own analogy with General Eisenhower, Jack Nicklaus once said that the more he practised, the luckier he got. While the Black Book was practised, was it actually used?
