Gerry Horkan: Mr. Broderick said that the culture has not changed that much. He also referred to performance measurement and performance-related pay. We all know about bankers getting rewards for lending money that never came back. That kind of behaviour, to which Mr. Broderick alluded, was part of the crisis and the crash.
