Gerry Horkan: To add to what Deputy Ó Murchú said, would Mr. Kingston consider the Bill, as it is proposed at the moment, to not be fit for purpose? Would he not like to see it passed in its current form?

Gerry Horkan: It is probably not the first time it has happened. We have roads legislation with about 15 different areas in it.
