Steven Matthews: On amendment No. 173, I do not see any mention of sport, which is under the remit of an Oireachtas committee, or local government. I wonder if it is the case that when you do a very prescriptive list, you will always leave somebody off it. I question whether this is the right way to proceed. I am just looking for clarification on that.
