Yesterday, I visited the Churchfield Community Trust in Cork, which has a similar type of model. Last week, a number of us were in Portugal to look at its drug policy, whereby it diverts people from the criminal justice system to rehabilitation, counselling and treatment. Again, it seems a very positive approach.
