Mary Hanafin: I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the Design Team has recently been appointed to the proposed building project at the school in question. The architectural planning phase of the new building will commence with immediate effect. Contract documents for the purchase of the site are in the process of being signed and are with the Vendor at present. Mary Hanafin: The position remains unchanged from that outlined in my reply of 1 June 2006. The recruitment process in question is still underway. It is expected that the additional psychologists will be in place by the end of 2006. At that stage, the needs of schools in Co. Kildare will be looked at again in the context of overall priorities of NEPS for the deployment of additional resources.
