Brian Cowen: I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that during 2007 a total of 5,901 tax concession applications were processed from people who had obtained a Primary Medical Certificate under the Disabled Drivers and Disabled Passengers [Tax Concessions] Regulations 1994.
