Shane Ross: ​The IAA CEO Mr. Eamonn Brennan was appointed to that position on 1st January 2003.  He was subsequently awarded a further contract in 2008 by the Board of the IAA. That contract operates on an annual rolling basis with a twelve month termination clause and continues to form the basis of Mr. Brennan's employment.
