Those who have successfully sought derogation from the requirement to have achieved a minimum stocking density under the 2011 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme of at least 0.15 livestock units per forage hectare, will be eligible under the 2013 Scheme, subject otherwise to the Terms and Conditions of that Scheme.
