Ciarán Lynch: It is difficult to know whether it is beneficial for the people concerned to stay together in the pension fund or to break up. I think detailed notes would be very useful to the committee. My officials asked me to clarify and it is an important point. That is why speaking notes are technical in nature. It is not how the pension fund is divided but how the tax relating to the pension fund...
