Gerry Horkan: I get that. All I am saying about the driver licence testing system is that it is not costing the State money. It is self-funding, so it should be producing an efficient service because people are paying for it.

Gerry Horkan: In many cases, these would be relatively modern cars that would have safety mechanisms to beep if drivers do not wear seat belts and make annoying noises and all the rest of it. These are, in many cases, not very old cars.
