James Geoghegan: When you pursue arbitration you have to set out the height of your claim. What Ms Kennelly has explained is that in one of those cases it is €2.2 million. Mr. O'Sullivan just explained that the value of the other contract is €750,000. Is the Arts Council pursuing the full value of those amounts in its claim that is currently under arbitration?
