John Moloney: I am aware of that. The Attorney General is examining what the protocol entails. The Deputy tabled a number of questions in respect of this matter in recent months and progress appeared to be slow. I wish to give a commitment that the Attorney General's response on the protocol will be forthcoming within two to three months of the Dáil resuming business at the end of January.
