Paul Kehoe: It is not. This is a sad day for democracy. Two people in this House should make statements, namely the Taoiseach and Deputy Callely. They should make simple statements to the House. In recent days, two Ministers of State, Deputies Parlon and Kitt, were allowed to make statements to the House. Deputy Callely and the Taoiseach should be allowed to do the same.
