Heather Humphreys: I have met the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection, Deputy Regina Doherty. Her Department and my Department are working together. We have agreed in principle what we want to achieve and we will announce the details soon.

Heather Humphreys: We are examining how we can support workers. We are conscious that there are many supports in place for business but what about workers who find themselves in a position that they had not planned for? We are looking at putting a package in place that will support such workers. The Minister and I have met and reached an agreement in principle, which we will announce in the coming weeks.
